Terms & Conditions
Arrival and departure:
Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00 unless otherwise agreed in advance. Late arrivals must be arranged with reception. You can call us directly on 98 92 54 55 or write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the day of departure check-out is no later than 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Guaranteed late arrival:
If the reservation is not paid by bank transfer before arrival, the reservation must be guaranteed with credit card details. In case of no-show, the hotel will be charged for a minimum of 1 night per room.
If the booking is made directly with us, changes must be communicated by telephone or e-mail.

For reservations made through another online portal (OTA), changes must be made through the portal used.
Please notify the hotel as soon as possible of any cancellation – unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel:
Stay of one to two nights
Can be cancelled up to three days before arrival with full refund – however an administration fee of DKK 100 per room booked will be deducted. If the agreement is not cancelled within three days of arrival, the agreement is binding and payment is made for the entire stay booked, plus any extra services ordered.
Stays of three or more nights
Can be cancelled up to seven days before arrival with full refund – however an administration fee of DKK 100 per room booked will be deducted. If the booking is not cancelled within seven days of arrival, the agreement is binding and the full amount of the booked stay and any extra services ordered will be charged.
Cancellation of groups/conference
For cancellation of groups and conferences we refer to the framework agreement made by Horesta

The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 06:30 – 09:30 am
Weekends and public holidays from 08:00 – 10:00 am
Upon arrival, all guests will receive a room key card, which must be handed in at reception upon departure. If the key is lost, DKK 150 will be charged as compensation.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking and therefore smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. If smoking occurs in the rooms, a charge of DKK 1,500 per stay will be applied. Smoking areas are provided in the outdoor areas of the hotel.
Terms of payment:
By prior agreement, the invoice can be sent by mail for a fee of DKK 55 (abroad DKK 75).
